Horry County Republican Executive Committeeman Business Meeting 6/12/2023

At this meeting we will be conducting a lot of business and supplying our EC’s and Presidents with some useful tools to help them build their Precincts and collaborate with other Precincts. It is very important that you attend this meeting so quorum is attained and business can be done. The EC Meeting will take place at Crossroads Community Church.  Meeting starts at 6:00 pm.

Below is a list of what the Horry County Republican Party is committed to provide to our Precinct EC’s and Presidents and also what I promised to you when you elected me as your State Elected Committeeman:

• 1- Copies of the HCGOP Bylaws and the SCGOP Bylaws.
  2- Non-Disclosure Agreements for y’all to sign so you can be privy to voter information.
• 3- The Horry County Republican Party Leadership team would like to have Precinct Officers Contact information available to all EC’s and Presidents on our website. Discussion is welcomed on this topic.
  4- Facebook and social media platforms are encouraged for each precinct.
  5- The Horry County Republican Party Leadership will help develop and assist as needed to promote growth and information.
  6- The Horry County Republican Party Leadership will be creating a contact list of precinct officers to be shared between precincts. Staying in touch and developing working relationships between precincts is a top priority.
  7- The Horry County Republican Party Leadership encourages backyard BBQ events with individual or combined Precincts hosting.
  8- The Horry County Republican Party would like to have informal breakfast or lunch meetings to get to know everyone and would like input on what would work best as far as scheduling.
  9- The Horry County Republican Party Leadership Team encourages our Officers to review the Standing Committee duties for and what the purpose of these committees are in the bylaws to find what committee you would be best suited for.
  10 The Horry County Republican Party Leadership hopes you will contribute ideas on how we can hit our goal of 1000 members by the end of this year.
  11- Special Events for fundraising is another priority. Any special skills you may have in this regard is welcomed and appreciated.
